General and deep cleaning in homes and rental properties.
• Clean and dust windowsills and ledges.
• Clean houses with a variety of chemicals, disinfectants, and machines. (Vacuum, steam cleaning, mop)
• Clean microwave and stovetop
• Clean mirrors.
• Clean showers and sinks.
• Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals.
• Clean upholstered furniture and drapes.
• Disinfect doorknobs and light switches.
• Dust tables, wood surfaces, and shelves.
• Empty wastebaskets and take out the trash.
• Fold and hang towels.
• Place fresh linens on the bed(s).
• Polish wood surfaces.
• Scrub out kitchen sink.
• Scrub stains, mold, and mildew from surfaces.
• Sweep up debris.
• Turn and plump pillows on couches.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Vacuum carpet.
• Wash baseboards, walls, and ceiling fans.
• Wash dishes.
• Wash soiled linens.
• Wipe down appliances.

• Able to work weekdays and some Saturdays.
• General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Organized and able to follow a schedule.
• Pays attention to detail when cleaning.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for extended lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods; ability to lift to 25 to 30 pounds.
• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
• Training will be provided.
